An extensive study conducted with HR executives and consultants across the US to evaluate existing T. Rowe Price positioning and communications efforts and to determine the components of successful employee communications. Prospect focus groups with HR executives held in Boston, Philadelphia and Chicago. Over 100 one-on-one interviews conducted with clients, prospects, and HR consultants.

Benchmark research conducted with retail and 401k clients to access satisfaction and gain feedback on proposed enhancements after launch of new web site.
