
Don formed Acadia over 26 years ago. During that time, he has provided management and marketing consulting to organizations in a broad range of industries across the country. He has been responsible for developing and implementing strategic plans, new product feasibility studies, research studies and marketing/advertising campaigns.
Prior to starting Acadia Consulting, Don worked for eleven years in the strategic planning and marketing areas of several prominent banks,including Fleet Financial Group and Maryland National Bank. He also worked as a senior urban planner for the Oneida County Planning Department in Utica, New York. Don sits on the Board of several companies and organizations and is extremely active in the community. He has taught various marketing courses at Johnson and Wales University and Rhode Island School of Design (RISD), both in Providence, RI. Don attended Hartwick College and the Whitman School of Management at Syracuse University as well as the Graduate School of Bank Marketing at University of Colorado at Boulder.
